PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS WITH SGLT
Our workshops have a basic structure and they are tailor-made to benefit different age groups and individuals at different points in their career and life trajectories. Through our uniquely designed workshops, we aim towards addressing the individual's overall sense of well-being, happiness and true potential.
Why? - Research has amply demonstrated that individuals with an overall sense of well-being and happiness are more productive, work towards fulfilling their highest potential and are less bothered by occasional setbacks or failure. Such individuals incidentally have greater chances of overall success. They are also able to manage their various roles as an individual with greater competency and control. This leads to less stress, greater contentment in their academic lives, workplaces and informal social settings. And well, even if research had not 'amply demonstrated' the same - it's not too difficult to sense why individuals with a higher sense of well-being and happiness are more likely to be more productive, is it? The key factor is - well-being, happiness and productivity work in spiral ascensions.
The result: a greater sense of fulfillment and increased self-worth as an individual inter-related to the social whole.
What happens at our workshops? (The elevator pitch, if you please): Participants are taken through interactive and illuminating sessions where they focus on their own ambitions (and not hand-me-down ones), core goals and strengths, re-connect to universal questions (and articulate their own responses!), get familiarized with the tips, tricks and techniques of personality development, learn to see their personality holistically and are re-connected to how they want to be.
How does all this 'holistic stuff' help? - It leads to an overall sense of empowerment. Participants, as they self-define and articulate their goals, intentions, ambitions and much more through our workshops go through a journey of self-discovery. They re-connect to what success, excellence and happiness really mean to them (as individuals) and what these entail. Our holistically designed workshops benefit our participants by addressing the multiple components of their personalities - not just this or that wee bit. Our participants stand to gain in their workspaces, academic lives and across their different social networks as they experience an increased sense of overall value and sense of efficacy. Our participants experience a renewed sense of well-being, value and self-confidence - which makes them happier, focused, more productive and this brings out their true potential. This is the spiral ascension idea which jump starts.
Do we address skills that are commonly clubbed together as 'soft skills'? - Yes, we certainly address soft skills but we do not offer any miracle cures. If you have never read a book of fiction, we can tell you which books might and can indeed make you think about and see the world and life from different perspectives - but that is as far as it goes. Also, reading alone and never really living or experiencing life or imagining does not bring about great positive differences in life either. Personality development really does depend upon what you want to do and want to achieve in your life as well. We focus on the overall genuine evolution of our participants through a mix of interactive modules, audio-visual-aural aids, games and activities with a few quick tips and tricks mixed in.
Participants will not only understand and know how to develop their personalities through our interactive sessions - they will also have fun - yes, fun! So who is our target audience?
